Consultation

During our discovery call we will go over the details of the celebration. Here we will go over the nature of the event, the vision and emotion you would like the cake to portray. We will go over the deadlines and begin planning your ideal cake.

Tasting

With so many options to choose from we offer a tasting experience that allows you to make sure the cake is as flavorful and tasteful as you want. With a deposit the tasting is covered, if you need more time to choose the right cake vendor for you we are happy to start with a paid tasting.

Proposal

Once you have decided to book with me we will create your custom package which will include the final price, design, and logistics for the event.

Delivery

The delivery details will be discussed in the proposal as cakes can either be personally delivered or shipped to your location of choice.

On my 50th birthday, I asked Chaka to make a cake for my celebration with very few guidelines because I have seen time and time again, what she creates when she is given full freedom to let her be THE creator. Her cakes are so jaw-dropping and sophisticated on so many levels: she takes her knowledge of fashion, design, architecture, color theory, baking and science to make the most stunning works you’ll ever see or taste.
My cake topper was an exquisite design of a crescent moon with the most colorful flowers inside a translucent crystal-like lunar curve. A beautiful copper-colored moon goddess centered the attention, and she was surrounded by flowers so life-like, I truly thought they were silk flowers until after the party. I just couldn’t get over the extraordinary skill!
With a cake of such detail and design, as though made by a fashion designer or sculptor, one might think that the flavor and texture could take the backseat, but Chaka is an INCREDIBLE baker! Everyone, was blown away with how amazing each layer of the cake (different flavors and surprises) was an explosion of divine flavorsome bites that made my tastebuds want to dance with joy.
I am so honored to be a part of her creative process. After the party, Chaka took my cake topper and sealed it so I can enjoy it for years to come. I have my moon goddess displayed at my beloved boutique, and it gives me such happiness to view her every day! Thank you Chaka. 🥰
